Payment happens through Link on Stripe’s pages. Link, operated by Stripe, is the merchant of record for direct digital purchases and handles payment receipts, transaction support, and indirect-tax calculation, collection, filing, and remittance where Managed Payments provides that coverage. The checkout states the final tax and payment terms before purchase.
Refunds.
Link handles transaction support and refund requests under its terms. If delivery fails, Tarva will re-issue the files or help resolve the product issue.
